"I can't say enough about Andrea and the entire team at the office of State Farm Insurance Agent Todd Puckett. Within the past year and one-half I have had two significant events. The first time, I totaled my car in a traumatic accident while my mother was in hospice. The only thing I had to do was go to remove my personal belongings from the car. I quickly received a check from State Farm for my 2011 Lexus. I was able to replace my car with the same year and model with the check provided by State Farm. More significantly, in December of 2024, my Lexus was parked in the street and was totaled by a driver who was not watching the road. This was covered by the other driver's Insurance company, which gave me a whole new and not pleasant experience. Although State Farm wasn't responsible for the accident, I can't tell you how many times I called Andrea and the rest of the team to ask question after question after question. They calmed me, guided me and encouraged me through a very unfair and time-demanding experience. In the end, I was able to get a little more than they offered for a car that was in mint condition. To replace my car cost me an additional $3,000. People are pretty quick to write bad reviews. I just wanted to take a minute to thank Andrea and the entire staff at Todd Puckett's office for being fair, quick to respond, kind, helpful and ALWAYS generous with their time. When I think that, during the loss of my mother, these individuals took care of everything to do with my accident. It is such a stark contrast from the treatment and run around I received from a company whose client smashed into my parked car. Even then, Andrea and the entire team had my back. You couldn't pay me to switch carriers or agents."

"I was buying a car off Carvana and was forced to get car insurance through root. For full coverage, they were trying to charge me $227 monthly. So I decided to call up to State Farm to get a quote! Andrea was more than helpful, not only did she get me full coverage for cheaper but I was also able to add rental insurance for the same price I was paying for just car insurance through root.
